Full of determination today. I have to do this, not only to have my clothes fit once again, but for my health. I'm sick of always feeling tired and I know it has to do with my eating habits. I need to change some habits forever and I need to start now. Only eat from 7am to 7pm. Lay off the pasta and white breads, too. Good to know I can still eat carbs, but I need to watch my portions. I am going to do this!
